Thank you for coming on.

Hey, Michael.

Thank you for having me.

And the very first thing I'm gonna say to all you is anybody that would take their time out of their lives to tune into a video, a podcast about their profession, I don't care what profession you're in, resonates to me as somebody that's passionate and cares about the profession they chose.

Of course, all of us chose dentistry, so I have immense respect right out of the gate, even for Michael, who found me I don't know how many thousands of miles away.

I'm from Australia, but I'm over here.

Just to orient you, I'm over here on the eastern coast of the United States, really right very near the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia.

Mm-hmm.

If you could highlight maybe a few items along the way, experiences that may have really made a difference in your career.

Sure.

Well, first let me say that I understand that any of my colleagues that are listening out there, what an honor it is to sit in this chair right now and be talking to you and interviewed, you know, by, you know, a legend.

You are.

I know you're modest.

I know you shrug your shoulders, but it's just true.

And I can't help but not, I have to start with that.

What would you tell them? What advice would you give them?
