But yeah, I want to get into the guardrails and... why it seems difficult to really prevent the government from abusing this data, because it's very opaque, right? How do we even know? Should we just trust you, given the entire history with X-key score and everything Snowden revealed? How would we even know what actually happens with the data?

To this point with these guardrails bills, like it's the police policing themselves.

And like, so I'll give the Virginia example.

So we have a bill.

So it's House Bill 2724.

It went into effect July 1, 2025.

And this was part of those negotiations I was talking about earlier.
