How does COTA do that, and indeed, how do we all do that?

Well, so, um, Beyond Age is, is something that we started last year, and we thought, um, the, the reception to it has just been so positive and overwhelming that w- we're gonna keep doing it 'cause it, it's, it's getting to so many people, and it's so easy to kind of implement and, and take part in.

Um, so what Beyond Age really is, is talking about the positive and negative aspects of aging.

Um, there's always some good and some bad.

Uh, the latter, of course, um, causes ageism, which is a primary driver of elder abuse itself.

Um, so Beyond Age really wants people to think about their own lives.

Um, it, it encourages people to come and do a workshop where they bring in a photo of their younger self.

Mm-hmm.
