But I'm just trying to understand a well-rounded idea of what you went through and why you no longer do it.

Oh, well, let's focus on that because that's probably more interesting than me talking about my relatively limited landlord career.

But, I mean, so here's, I did, this is the thing that I was thinking about doing.

After I got divorced and I fixed up and I sold that house to International Falls and had a good time doing that and then was going to do it again in White Bear Lake.

and was fixing that one up.

And then, again, my wife and I, we had been together for a while, and then she got a job opportunity in Hamburg, Germany.

And we decided, just like, we're moving to Germany, so... hurried up and tried to finish up that house and sold it.

But on the east side, I think the industrial stuff is moving forward.

You really can't let even a couple seconds go by where you're not setting something up or, you know...

This is where, again, what I have learned.

So I came from, I did a lot of public speaking as part of my professional career before I ever started stand-up comedy.

So where I was comfortable standing in front of an audience of 50 or 100 or 200 people talking into a microphone, usually trying to be funny while also trying to talk about science.

And to me, that's the people that have that skill already, again, whether it's people that are on air or on the radio or public speaking, if you're just comfortable talking in front of people, you can still be entertaining.

And people will feel like they're getting their money's worth, quote unquote.

But I know lots of people that are really funny, but just the... being in front of people is hard for them.
