Yeah, so first off is, you know, really identifying the persona, which is usually pretty, um, straightforward because typically, especially, uh, with authors working with publishers like yourself, you've really kind of narrowed that down and really focused what the book is about and who's it for.

Steve SarnerGUEST
Like, who, who's the ideal reader for this book? And, you know, what is the problem is it solving? What value is it bringing? You know, why would somebody want to pick up this, th- this particular book? And then, you know, there's a number of different tactics.

Um, and there's programs where we actually reach out to influencers, and not so much like book talkers necessarily, although that certainly can work for many, many folks, but, um, actually people in an industry.
