Okay? In the military, you trust each other with your lives.

That's not necessarily true in private sector, of course, and I've had a lot of conversation about this with investment bankers, who all are important, of course, and have gone to good schools, and it's like, "Look, I know you think you've done leadership, but you've not done leadership in the way that I have, where I had men and women's lives at stake.

You may have had a profit motive at stake, but I had lives at stake." There's a difference there.

Visionary, you gotta be visionary.

You gotta have visionary thinking.

You gotta look beyond the current, if you're in private sector, the current quarter and look way ahead.
