Um, I had one of my former players, his dad came up to me one day and said, "You know what's g- amazing is when you have kids, when your kids grow up, you're gonna coach differently." And I, I didn't understand it at the moment.

And I didn't really think about it, and then as my kids got older and they became athletes and they started doing things, I understood what he said.

Um, and knowing that if it was ever my kid, how did I want them to be talked to, motivated, and stuff like that.

So that was kinda one thing.
