What had landed you in a moment of darkness?

Great question.

And I'll tell you...

Just reflecting, I think it perhaps was the darkest period of my life.

And the reason I say that is because my life historically has always been very resilient.

And by that, I mean this, that I've not always made wise decisions.

Fact is, if I were to look at my life, there are a whole bunch of experiments that didn't work where I had to try something else.

And seeking out or creating those spaces where we deliberately put ourselves into a place of play.

So how are you inside your business and organization? Where is AI actually making a meaningful impact? And how are you utilizing it? Are you utilizing it?

Yeah.

So certainly no deference to Jeff Bezos, but he is the classic example.

When five years ago he began firing his staff using AI, I knew we had a problem.

I don't know if he's corrected that, but to me, that was the absolute abhorrent use of AI.

AI was created by us and it should invite us to take the lowest level skills that human does and replace them.

with human development so we become more conscious, more responsible, more useful to humanity at large.

And on the flip side of that coin, is there anything that you've done that you tried that just didn't get the ROI that you had hoped for?
