Conformation, they've just upgraded the grid now, so it brings us in line with Europe.

So they've introduced the S grade.

So for confirmation, you've got S, E, U, R, O, and P, and obviously S being the new superior grade that's been introduced.

So fat cover is scored from one to five, one being very lean, five being very fat.
