So I'm wondering if you could elaborate a little bit on kind of what your career path has looked like, expand on what those 30 years have looked like.

When I left university, I was 21 years old and I'm one of the few people actually wanted to go into reinsurance, not just insurance, but reinsurance.

That's because my father worked in reinsurance.

It seemed quite a good job to me.

And where I lived in my hometown of Southend, which is about 30 miles east of London, is a town that's very heavily dominated by insurance work.

A lot of people commute to London to work there.

Do you have any advice for young professionals who are looking to get into this space, whether it's insurance more general or legacy specifically, or any advice that's been helpful to you along your career?
