You obviously require someone who's going to be your educator over here and there's just a lot of students who are being, uh, coming through the ranks really, and then there's clearly not that many placements, so I think it's a real challenge.

So we have, I think it's s- I don't know whether dangerous is the right word, but we have like these long-arm placements where we have students, maybe three or four students who are managed by one sort of educator, but they're not always in the same building even.

They'll come and see them one or two days a week, and then you don't have the eyes on.

So I think not only are you halving the amount of time that they're actually on clinical placement, you're also not having the eyes on them to give them that kind of nurturing guidance and supervision that I think we probably had the luxury of.
