yeah so that's such a good example and such a good framing and i think it actually gives us some useful tools first off before i get to that one i think Think of it as like your brain's kind of like a muscle, right? If we go to the gym and we train the thing, we get better at the thing.

And the same is true when we're looking at facing rejection, facing public failure, humiliation, whatever it is, is if we go into the arena, we step into the arena and say, hey, I'm going to do this thing, knowing that I potentially might fail and knowing that like it might make me look like a failure or what have you, our brain kind of It takes that normally hypersensitive alarm that goes, hey, don't do this.
