Well, as your first question pointed to, when a coach is focused on their passion, their transformation, you know, and they become this accidental entrepreneur, what ends up happening is they start to build a hobby because it's all passion driven.

But many coaches, I'll give you this context, many coaches are coming from an employee mindset.

And as an employee, the system is given to us.

And we just get to focus on our delivery.

In fact, great employees are focusing on their delivery.

When we are also the business, we need to create the foundation.
