But so how does all this affect you and maybe how you plan and project and move forward?

Well, it's been fairly deliberate.

We've been involved on the upfront with the project as well.

We're helping to review a lot of the packages, a lot of the planning, because we don't want to have a transition that's not smooth.

So we're factoring in what's efficient, what's some of the strategies, some of the culture that we want to support as well, so that it can be a good handover.

We've already placed orders for our major mining equipment.

There's some other equipment we're following up with now and we're looking at supply contracts and try to build those relationships with establishing partnerships as we go forward.

What does that look like from you as you're managing this mine? I mean, what kind of commitments do you have? Does the company have the expectations if you're going to come work for you? What do I need to know?
