What's it like for you to see this thing happen in real time, and what response did you get?
10:13
Yeah, back in 2016 I was responding to then, uh, the Office of Legislative Auditor here in Minnesota, and, um, he found, uh, through his sampling then that, uh, there were, uh, there were in the area of $271 million of Medicaid fraud, of people who were dead, uh, people who, uh, were illegal aliens, people who didn't meet the income thresholds that they were outlined in law.
10:40
And if that would've been extrapolated, that sample, Eric, to the entire Medicaid population, it would've been over a billion dollars then in 2016.
10:49
And we really haven't talked about that, uh, in the area of fraud because you've got Feeding Our Future and you had, uh, these other 14 Medicaid programs, and you got, um, you know, daycare, uh, welfare, and, and the rest of them.
11:02
Uh, but it's been- It, it seems it's kind of, for those of us that have been out here being the tip of the spear on this...
11:10
In, in 2016 I, I referred to this as institutional corruption, and called it out repeatedly on the House floor, and, um, now we are seeing that it's institutional corruption.
11:23
And back then we were saying, I was saying, you know, we need to do this now to prevent this institutional corruption, or this corruption from becoming institutional corruption.

How big do you think the problem is in Minnesota?
