So tell me a little bit about that decision, because I know it certainly wasn't an easy one for you and your family.

Yeah, no, not at all.

I mean, first and foremost for me, it's family.

I've got parents in Avon, sister in Avon, brother in Noblesville, another sister in Westfield.

And then my wife's parents are down in Madison, Indiana, southern part of the state.

And so we just get closer to family.

And my parents, Brittany's parents are basketball junkies.

So how do you start building some of that positive culture in your teams?
