So tell us, Steve, what's been going on with you since we last spoke?
2:07
Wow.
2:08
Where to start? I have been on a kind of a journey of trial and error.
2:17
warrior we're doing this men's work program that we've started it's a 12-week program that's kind of based on the teachings of Jeff Thompson who if your listeners don't know Jeff Thompson he was a he's a kind of prolific writer he's a BAFTA winner he was a martial artist he was a bouncer in Coventry and basically his journey is he went from kind of sweeping floors in a factory to to becoming a BAFTA winner.
2:45
And he created something called the Fear Pyramid, which was sort of naming all your fears and then reclaiming your power from them.
2:53
And his biggest fear was the fear of violent confrontation.
2:57
And so he went and worked on the door in Coventry in the late 80s, early 90s.

So how have you embodied the values of Warrior Within in your own life? Would you mind sharing that with us?

It's a pleasure to have you on the show, and I said before I started the recording, [sighs] your Jonathan Preston, he has a lot to do in this book, Crossroads.
0:55
Jonathan Preston is the pr- the, uh, the protagonist or the good guy.
1:00
He's one of the good...
1:01
The main good guy.
1:03
The other good guy is a guy named George, uh, Linka.
1:08
They are both, uh, covert operatives for the US Army, and, uh, this all started, uh, back, uh, they were stationed in the US Army during World War II in the China, Burma, and India Theater.
1:25
Their headquarters, uh, for their office or their, their unit was out of Calcutta.

And, uh, but my question would be, since you put this part at the beginning of, of your book, how much research did you have to do for the first part, for the introduction more or less in, in, into Crossroads?
