Or like, how did you find a balance when you were sort of putting this together, I think? Do you tend to naturally lean more towards this is the negative part and now I'm making myself find the positive part or do you tend to see them both in equal measure or is it the opposite?

I would say, and it would be reflected in the book as well, is the first half of my career, I was known as the cynical one amongst my friends.

I've always had a dark sense of humor, but yes, absolutely, probably more negative leading than positive leading.

But as I've developed my career and matured and grown as a person, I've actually become a more positive and optimistic person.

And that was helped by the fact that I got life coaching about halfway through my career and started to do the thing that everyone always talks about, journaling and gratitude and things like that.
