So in Fort Wayne, you end up building Fort Wayne, right? The trails.

Yeah.

So, like, we got there and, like, the trails existed, but they were pretty, like, basic.

And then...

You know, we got a house together.

It was, like, me, Tag, Gilly, this dude, Crazy Joe, Jody Donnelly.

How did this happen?

Well, there is a requirement to have students who are outside a 50-mile radius live in a dorm, which we understand because that's pretty typical, as you mentioned, for universities in Ohio.

But what we learned when we got into this case was that there are companies out there, in this case, Global Student Accommodation, GSA, that owns the Deakin through some shell companies, and they make it their business, it's a very lucrative business, to find buildings or spaces to build buildings very close to universities and And they turn them into dorm-like structures.

And then they approach the university and say, hey, you need dorms.

We have a dorm here.

We'll operate it for you, maintain it.

We'll provide security.

Why didn't UC police patrol this area? Did they treat this like they would an on-campus dorm or no?
