Can you describe how AI has impacted the government space and what did this mean for security, for the government worker, the broad AI trends that you see continuing?
1:45
Yeah, you know, there's a lot to get into.
1:46
I think 2025 really was the year that AI moved kind of from experimentation to what I'll call is operalization in government, right? And what I mean by that is agencies stopped asking, should we use AI? And they focused more on asking, how do we deploy it? How do we do it safely? How do we do it at scale? And so when I think about kind of the major things, almost trends, if you will, that happened in 2025, I think there was three big ones, right? The first one was AI started to enter core workflows.
2:18
So, you know, not just chat bots on websites, but we started seeing AI show up helping analysts, obviously helping developers, procurement teams, and in a lot of ways, our cybersecurity and AppSec teams as well.
2:32
Obviously code was being written with AI, reports were being drafted with AI.
2:37
And a lot of cases, we also saw things like threat analysis being augmented with AI.
2:42
And so that was very interesting.
4:15
How can agencies best leverage AI in 2026?
31:27
Tell us a little bit about what you're certified in.
31:31
So I'm certified through the American Council on Exercise, and I'm also certified in the Integrative Movement System, which was a system developed for personal trainers by my mentor, Dr. Evan Osar, who's a chiropractor.
31:42
And that's a system that allows people like myself to view the body in a more chiropractic manner-
31:54
Mm.
31:54
And we need to not only teach that if that's missing, but then maintain that in our strength training and exercise so that we can produce a body that's not only stronger and more fit, but also moves better, is more resilient in every way.
