How did you experience that and how did you end up connecting with John?

Yeah, it's been a journey for sure.

I think maybe five, six years ago, I found myself working at more of a traditional transfer agent and a registered ATS trading platform.

And we were kind of going through the motions on democratization and access to financial asset, private financial assets.

And I was looking at the backend infrastructure of the transfer agent at the time, and it was a spreadsheet.

This was very early on in digital assets and the big rise of crypto.

And I kind of made a bet on the industry.
