Mark LarsonHOST
I wonder if you have observations about things that you've tried that have been successful or you found helpful.

Steve BechtelGUEST
I think that in my opinion, there's been a few things that we've done that's worked really well for us.

Steve BechtelGUEST
The first thing was bringing teams together early before decisions were made.

Steve BechtelGUEST
So for instance, for an example, we have our advanced planning documents, our APD teams.

Steve BechtelGUEST
A lot of that was being handled by IT and without including budget, which is, you know, that's very problematic because not only do you, you know, it's not about just getting the federal funds, but do I have the state appropriations in my state budget to, to operate what you all are wanting to do? And so, so we identified that area, that area, and we thought, well, we need to make a change.

Steve BechtelGUEST
And so now we get together as a team before any decisions are made and that builds on a shared ownership and, and, uh, kind of avoids the necessity of duplicative work.
