... about that is, so was the move or the desire to go or the goal of going independent, was it more about running away from what was frustrating you at UBS or limiting you at UBS, or more about just we were entrepreneurs and there were a million things we wanted to do when we were running towards something?

Wow, that's a great question.

I hate to answer it this way, but I would say it's a little bit of both.

Again, our DNA, each of us are a little bit different.

I probably had the desires for entrepreneurship that were driving me from the beginning, feeling like that was the eventual landing spot, was to get there, and we had a m- meeting, again, leaning on each other, just trying to get a deeper understanding of our motives.

We know each other super well, but ultimately there was one conversation that I distinctly remember that I had defined success as eventually having our own firm, and absent of that, I would feel like we failed in a sense.

So I think a lot of that existed, for instance, for me, probably for Mike also.
