Could you talk about, practically speaking, how, how that's done?

Yeah.

Um, well, I agree, you know, normal, i-if you look from firefighter's perspective, uh, you know, policy or plans, they don't extinguish fires.

You know, you have to do it on a, on-- with boots on the ground.

Um, but I will, will give you an, uh, example.

Um, um, in the United States, there's a lot of research on the health and wellness of firefighters.

There was a l-a lot of research on cancer, uh, cancer and firefighters.

Um, I, I wanted to ask you just about your long-term vision, uh, for this, and you talked about it a little bit, but could you just talk a little bit about what you hope this will become, you know, say, three World Fire Congresses from now? What do you hope that looks like? What do you hope that the fire service will think of this event?
