neuroscientist, which I'm not, but I joke in the sense of because so many, so much of what we do comes from our brains that have been the same for 10,000 years.
45:14
The change now mimics, the fear of change now mimics what we used to see when we were in the jungle with a moving bush and is there a lion behind it, right? Like that's where our fear would come from.
45:27
Now our fear is not that we're in a house with a locked door and now our fears, although that place in our brain is the same, it's now under different things, whether it's something that's changing, whether right now we're hearing a lot about AI that you mentioned.
45:43
And for me, the real big thing around AI is, if you are doing something, that AI can do, then, you know, you should start thinking about, well, how can I partner with AI? What can I do that AI can't? Like make decisions, like, you know, different interactions with people, you know.
46:03
So instead of saying, hey, you know, working against AI, it's how can I partner with AI? How can AI I do things and tasks that I'm doing that it can do.
46:13
And then now, again, here's where we have to stop and think.

One thing I want to ask you, though, what question about change or what questions do you think, do you wish more leaders would ask about themselves and their leadership style?
