What are the typical answers you hear?

Well, I live in Miami, so we have a very big Cuban influence down here.

And it's amazing to me how many diabetic people continue to eat Cuban bread, which is a white bread.

I think it looks like a little hoagie, but it's a little bit thinner.

But it's basically hoagie bread.

And they eat plantains.

Plantains is like a banana, but it's done in this sweet way down here.

How are you handling that patient?
