Great case study, ultra high net worth Midwest family office who has been moving their supply chains from Asia into, they were already established in Mexico, but started looking at Northern South America, Colombia.

specifically, and then Brazil.

And what they've done is auto parts and auto product manufacturing, it started off as redundancies.

So small, it started off as Greenfield investments of theirs, where we helped create a soft landing for them in Colombia to start manufacturing products in to match their supply chain in China.
