What makes you optimistic about where things are going?

I guess a real optimism comes from understanding that history is a cycle.

It goes in order.

You go to the right, you go to the left, things change.

People like to think this is a new world.

Well, we had the John Birch Society, I remember.

We had the Welch Group and so on, etc.
