Yeah, so I think the biggest, when you talk about coming into a new program, it doesn't matter what it is that you're taking over, whether it's football, basketball, or taking over a school like Mr.

Rose, our new principal, has done.

You always want to have a 30, 60, and 90-day plan, just kind of what are your goals in that first 30 days, that next 60 days, and so on and so forth.

And I think coming into this, our staff, That first 30 days, the biggest thing for us was building relationships, figuring out who we needed to get on our team to make sure that we're successful for our kids and for the community.

Then that 60-day plan, that's where we started implementing more of the football stuff.

You're getting those 60 days, you realize what type of kids you got, what they can and can't do.
