So tell us a little more about that.

That that's super cool.

Well, we started doing extremely well with our fundraising efforts, with our sponsorship efforts and we looked at where we were now.

We had held the fees and we hadn't increased them in like 10, 12 years.

And I said, In keeping with trying to become more accessible, more affordable, I informed my CEO.

He turned a little green when I said it, but I go, we got a 10-year plan here to reduce all of our fees, tournament fees, qualifier fees, membership fees.

All these things are going to go down, and I've got it laid out.

And you harnessed that delusion to achieve great things.

Can you tell us a little bit about the stars, the PBE stars that players talk about so often?

It was, uh, really interesting.

We were at one of our major events and I, I saw, I don't know, three or four couples sitting down at a table enjoying a glass of wine, and I sat down with them and I said, "Okay, if you're executive director for a day, what change would you make?" And they initially said, "Oh, Steve, you guys do a great job.

You know, there's..." I said, "No, no, no, no, no.

I know there's something we can do better." And they all to a T said, "You should create a better transition from US Kids Golf to the AJGA.

Because we all played US Kids Golf, and then we had to start all over, you know, when it came time to try to play AJGA.

You should create that bridge." And so I called, uh, Dan Van Horn and, and Chris, and we had lunch and we talked about it, and came up with, yeah, let's, let's give your top players that are moving on in age, let's give your top players an opportunity to earn their way, a, a pathway if you will, to the AJGA.

What would you say to them?
