How can they really get into that heart space and decipher the messages coming through?

You don't have to do anything, but the option, the choice is to continue to look for external explanations or feel the explanation in your heart.

Because I believe we know, right? We already know.

My belief is that our creator, whatever name you want to give your creator, is omnipotent, omnipresent, all-loving creative force that flows through everything.

Okay.

Well, if you believe that, then how can you think that they would send you here without everything you need? Everything you need is within you.

You know all this stuff, you either go within or go without, right? And so when you commit to that and you start to meditate and start to take a moment before you decide what you're going to do and feel it, maybe close your eyes, go inward.

Tell us a little bit about your own spiritual awakening.

Right.

So the circumstances caused me to take a negative outlook, became very self-destructive, got involved with drugs and Doing the wrong things in life, looking for love in all the wrong places, right? Mm-hmm.

And then went on this journey of self-destruction for about 15 years, and then finally awakened to [laughs] there's gotta be a better way.

And so I went to it with Tony Robbins, and I was on a path of personal development.

And obviously by that time, there was a lot of work to do.

So, and then I ended up doing speaking, speaking for him initially, and then left working for Tony, started my own mind, body, and spirit events.

[lip smack] And through doing those, you know, and so if you look at my life purpose, my numerology, it just says, "You're gonna be a speaker.

Mm-hmm.

And you're putting the other person and making them stagnant, maybe.

So, yeah, let's get into it a little bit.

So, you know, you and I were talking a few minutes ago and you said that we're basically the same.

We're human beings, right? But that's where it ends.

We are different.

Women are different than men.

And we have to accept that.

It's molding you and sculpting you into the person who you really are.

All healing is about rediscovering, remembering who we really are, and that's the journey we're on.

We can choose to go into it and look at the mirrors, look at the things that have been reflected back to us, because that's all it is, it's just a reflection of you, and to look at the pieces that you've given up during your life, heal them back together, and become more of who you really are.

Not an easy thing to do.

It sounds very simple, right? But it isn't, because it involves tremendous pain.

It means also being able to lean into the pain rather than run away from the pain.

He's a, he's an intelligent guy.

So, um, I'm not gonna say it surprised me, but it did kinda catch me a little off guard that he said that Dana White was a better promoter than Eddie Hearn, because I know that Lou DiBella is not the biggest Dana White fan by some of his tweets.

And a lot of time, when the person doesn't, is not a fan of someone, it's hard to compliment them.

So the fact that he was able to compliment him, although he's not a, the biggest fan of his and he disagrees with him with the Ali act and certain things, that kinda, it stands out to me.

I don't really have much thought on who's the better promoter between Eddie Hearn or Dana White.

Lou picking Dana White stands out to me more.
