So I suppose just going back a while, Stephen, what kind of got you into the life and pension sector? Where was your start in the industry?

Yeah, I worked in the hospitality industry for years.

I was one of the managers one day when I was voted Ireland's best restaurant back in the mid 90s.

And with Grey Crack, really enjoyed it.

And then I moved from there because kind of tired of doing weekends and nights.

And Golden Pages came along and offered me a role as a sales rep.

And I really loved that.
