And, yeah, kind of brief us a little bit about your background.

Absolutely.

So at the most individual level, I've always been a tinkerer.

I've always been a fan of working with technology.

And I also come from a very medically heavy family.

Two of my sisters are physicians, a third is a nurse.

And so the natural extension for my future was going to be becoming a doctor.

How do you establish that criteria for pilots that really kind of should go away and pilots that need to get operationalized because they're actually doing the thing, especially from a financial standpoint that you want them to do?
