How do I use my people and the technology to undertake each of the things that we need to do to deliver to our customers what it is they want to buy from us? That suggests that we know both how our business operates and what our technology can do for us.

Those two elements are being impacted by these three tsunamis that we're seeing.

The first one is the silver tsunami, which is the baby boomers are starting to retire and we're seeing large amounts of institutional knowledge exiting the organization due to retirement.
