I was much more logical, more a case of when you're friends, there might be one little part of your friend's personality that you kind of ignore or you don't like and they just keep that away from you.

So if you're trying all these different things and you're struggling to balance, I definitely think take a step back, take care of you first, eat the meal, drink the drink, have the sleep, and it'll still be there waiting for you in the next day.
