Probably one of the bigger issues that many, many states are facing is all of us are growing older.

And so the change from treating diseases of young people is changing very quickly to treating people with chronic conditions that may not have existed 20, 30 years ago.

So that's probably a big change, particularly the number of people that are on one of the scales for dementia, which will put a bigger impact on long-term care down the road, or for home health care or hospice from that perspective.
