So can you share a little bit about that program and how it assists those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts?

Yeah, yeah.

Mobile crisis is a great program.

It's a statewide program.

So it's throughout every county in South Carolina.

All the 16 mental health centers throughout the state have a mobile crisis unit.

And that unit is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

And so to kind of like wrap up a little bit, if someone who's listening is experiencing any suicidal thoughts or mental health concern, what are some coping skills they could implement to help manage on a day-to-day basis?
