Can you explain what a branch vice president actually does?

Sure.

What do we actually do? It's different from day to day, just as a real estate agent's job is different from day to day.

Um, but so the way that our brokerage is set up is that everybody in leadership, whether they're marketing, operations, or branch management, we are solely there to support our agents.

So what that looks like for me is coaching agents, running, hosting workshops, recruiting talent, uh, to build the team, because growth is important in real estate, and there's, you know, natural attrition that happens with the agents that are on the team.

Um, and it also, you know, what I believe is my biggest role is creating an environment where agents can succeed.

So that, if I had to put it into one line, that is what I do.
