Dan OlsonHOST
Can you describe your historical experience with till therapy and walk us through some of the key milestones in the development of this treatment and its transition to an FDA approved product?

Stephanie GoffGUEST
I think we calculated once it was 38 years from the day the first patient ever got an infusion of TIL to the day that AntagV was approved by the FDA.

Stephanie GoffGUEST
And that really was just based on, like I talked about before, that bench-to-bedside cycle of wanting to improve it and make things better for the next patient.

Stephanie GoffGUEST
That first patient was treated in 1986, and I think the first report of TIL came out in 1988.

Dan OlsonHOST
So Dr. Goff, could you tell us a little bit more about the overall process for TIL therapy, how it's delivered and some of the rationale for the lymphodepletion and its dose as well as the IL-2 and how that came about?
