But really, how did you feel going through this decision? And what brought you to the point to be like, No, I'm changing something?

Yeah.

Well, for most of my journey, it has looked like constantly having a new live group program, constantly having a mastermind, memberships, constantly taking on more and more clients.

And I loved that season of grow, build, let's go, all the things I want to be on, I want to be on.

And I did that since 2018, basically.

And I built a very well put together body of work where I've literally taught everything.

Like I've got it.

So in that healing journey for you, like, is there any snippets you can like open people up to where it's like, I really shrunk myself or I really, you know, that wasn't healthy that now you're like, I don't, why was I even doing that? And like, basically fuck it.

Like, I would just love to hear like more about this.

So for me, like some people, I think, would label this a lack mindset, but I was like, I, at first, I wasn't even thinking about investing.

I'm stacking money.

I'm s- I'm like, "I want there to be overflow in the business," because, well, I didn't hire my team until twen- 2021, but when I hired my team, I was like, "I wanna be able to pay these people for a long time, even if for some reason I stop making money."

Yeah

... people just, they wanna go to extremes.

And 'cause I'm all about, like, invest in yourself, put yourself in spaces.
