Linda Stein GoldHOST
Okay, so Stefan, I'm going to turn it back over to you to talk about from target to treatment, what does the available evidence show for the emerging OX40-OX40 ligand inhibitors?

Stephan WeidingerGUEST
So both rocatindimab and emlitelemab have been studied and emlitelemab is still being studied in a huge trial program.

Stephan WeidingerGUEST
The STREAM-AD was the key Phase IIb study, and it included, as you can see, a withdrawal component, which was super helpful for better understanding the durability of the effects.

Stephan WeidingerGUEST
Then the ongoing Phase II Atlantis study will provide longer-term open-label data, and we already have some results from interim analysis.

Stephan WeidingerGUEST
And then the phase three program includes two monotherapy studies, the COAST-1 and COAST-2 study, and the SHORE study that evaluates mTelamab in combination with the background topical therapy.
