When we've identified, here's one switch we can make.

I mean, I think it starts by putting people in the same room with each other.

So these are not being done virtually.

They're being done in person, which is part of why we're doing three separate reviews and not more than that, because it's quite a process to get everybody in the same room and find time.

And then we sit around one big table in a circle and so that everybody is sort of equal on that footing to look one another in the eye and connect the dots between this organization and that organization, the Department of Health and the medical examiner's office or the law enforcement or the VA hospital.

So that even if it's not happening during the meeting, after the meeting, those folks can connect and say, we need to be working better together so that these things don't happen again.

Yeah, I think one thing I just want to highlight is that having not done the reviews yet, we don't know what's going to come out of them.
