theme this year of the programme is Making Waves, and you can take this figuratively or literally as you want.

We've got some writers, some artists and some thinkers who have made waves in their life.

For example, someone like Tama Iti, is such a great example of this, where he's gone against the grain and has become such a beloved New Zealand sort of mana-enhancing man.

So we've got him, we've got Sheehan Karuna Talaka, who is a Booker Prize winner, originally from Sri Lanka, but who now lives in Christchurch.

So we've got him doing a chat.

And Our program director, Karen Das, talks about Asher Emmanuel, who's this criminal defense lawyer who's written this book called The Valley.

I wondered if you could talk about the music part, the music part of the programme.
