But what other types of approaches have you seen working quite well in terms of self-directed learning?

So I think one I really like is action learning sets, which have been around for years and years and years.

And they're a very structured way of people solving problems together.

So it's a kind of peer to peer type learning.

And it's kind of like, it's a little bit like group coaching.

So somebody comes, and I'll just very briefly try to, somebody comes along with a problem, which may be a problem that everybody in the group has, or maybe only some of them have, and they say, I've got this problem.

They have to articulate clearly what it is.

dependency you know on ai not just offloading because that's been a normal enough thing with technology since calculators and gps's but surrendering and then just becoming totally dependent on ai to do the thinking for us so what are you seeing it happening in the learning space and and what should leaders be paying attention to um
