Yeah, to a critical extent.

That's an average.

It tends to go up a little bit when it is in technology build-up, so in the most intense rollout phase.

And then it's going to come down depending on the state of the network and other factors.

That's where we are right now.

And now the overall CapEx in general is roughly 20% below.

When you're in the boardroom with the executives and they're making this decision to green light the next generation, what information are they using to make this decision? Is it purely like we're at capacity? Is it our competitor moved first? Is it a vendor is really pushing us and giving us a good deal so we should go ahead and do it? First mover advantage maybe? What are the axes of the chart that they're considering when they decide to go ahead and do this?
