Absolutely.

It's a very common question.

We've definitely built the most rental supply over the last two years than we've ever built before.

And then you combine that with lower immigration, a lot more people leaving British Columbia than we've had before.

So not only have we increased supply, we've also lost a lot of the demand.

So I think that's the main driver of why we're seeing rental declines.
