a gift strength to contribute to an organization they belong in, right? And a leader's job is to empower that strength is to lift people through those strengths so that they can contribute to the success of the organization.

And so the whole idea about lifted is that oftentimes leaders have this mistaken feeling that they need to be first up that ladder, right? But leaders actually have to be the ones holding that ladder on the bottom.

And so others can climb up that ladder.

And so we do that with an easy mnemonic device is called lifted versus we do that by L listening.
