Jim HaroldHOST
Uh, uh, why did you, uh, get interested in a haunting, particularly this haunting, the Wizard Clip haunting?

Stan WilliamsGUEST
Well, uh, the story goes back to 2012 when I was sitting here in my office in Michigan, and I, I got a phone call from Australia, of all places, and it was a fellow by the name of, uh, Jaime Solito, who was an expat from the Philippines living and working in Australia.

Stan WilliamsGUEST
And he knew that I was involved in filmmaking and that I had a little Catholic background, and he said, "You know, you need to make a movie about this thing I found online called Wizard Clip." And I knew nothing about it, and he sent me a bunch of stuff, uh, through email, and, uh, I read it and I thought, "Man, this sounds really interesting." I'd never heard about it.

Stan WilliamsGUEST
And it was stuff that had happened in the 1790s in West Virginia, which is about eight hours from where I live, and I had never heard of it, and I thought, "Well, this is interesting." So I did some more online research.

Stan WilliamsGUEST
I wrote a screenplay because I, uh, I, I worked with a lot of people in Hollywood and mostly with screenplays and films.

Stan WilliamsGUEST
And I sent it to some of my friends out in LA, and they thought, "Yeah, this is interesting.

Stan WilliamsGUEST
I think we can do this pretty cheap." And, and I'm thinking, "Yeah, well, it might be a little bit more money." And so anyhow, uh, got some interest, but not a whole lot, and of course we didn't, not get the money as usually happens.
