Dr. Weiner, you've all had considerable experience with the Navigo, but what has stood out to you about its handling and its performance as a steerable sheath?
22:34
I think there's a few criteria that I would consider important when you look at the sheets that we use for these types of procedures.
22:47
Obviously, the primary tools that we use for the ablation or for left atrial appendage closure or whatever is the critical part of the procedure, but the sheath is an important support.

So I think that when we look at the sheath, I think that the safety is probably one of the biggest aspects of this procedure.
23:12
So when talking about safety aspects of the transeptal sheath, I think that there are two things that are important.
23:23
One is the air management, because basically we've seen that some of the changes in our ablation strategy have made our ablations way safer than they used to be just a few years ago.
23:38
One of the challenges we have seen is potential for air ingress around these catheters.

How important is versatility to you in the EP lab?
