Um, and to, to do that, I suppose, what we did was we employed a, a case study approach and there was...

Uh, we had access to four participants, and what we did was, uh, we interviewed them once just to sort of get a really in-depth understanding of how athletes were perceiving and experiencing these sessions, but al- then also how they felt that these, the information derived from these sessions was then being applied within performance.

And, uh, from that we got, we got some really interesting and, and quite rich, um, answers and, and, a- and data.

Um, but then it was in that, that process of data analysis that, uh, at the same time I was reading, uh, some, some, uh, literature for another module, and it was a piece by David Brown and George Jennings.
